Refunds totaling more than $500 will be returned by check within 7-10 business days after verified return. The Sanctuary will make all orders in good faith and deliver on our guarantee for all instances we are not on time that our in OUR control. We will not honor this promotion in cases where the customer is not prepared for delivery, examples of this include but are not limited to –
Customers failing to respond to calls or messages from our dispatch or drivers when trying to locate, gather information, or make the product delivery. Please ensure you are available at the quoted delivery time. Our drivers will attempt to Delivery for 5 minutes before moving on to the next customer on their route.
Customers not including correct addresses, apartment, or space numbers, phone numbers, or ID information for orders.
Customers not being prepared for payment – Please specify how you plan to pay for your order so we can make sure to accommodate you.
Any attempt intentionally delay The Sanctuary in Delivering to receive this promotional discount will result in removal from our Delivery Service.
